J&R Oilfield Services began in 2015 with one truck, a family working from their home, and a vision built on determination, integrity, and hard work. From those humble beginnings, the company has grown into a respected oilfield service provider with more than 250 employees, three offices, an extensive fleet, and the resources to support projects throughout the Permian and Delaware Basins. Our success is driven by the people who represent J&R every day. Our team includes experienced project managers, supervisors, quality control professionals, certified welding inspectors, skilled craftsmen, equipment operators, and industry leaders who understand what it takes to complete work safely, efficiently, and correctly. From routine maintenance to complex construction projects, our experience and capabilities allow us to handle nearly every aspect of our customers’ operations. Our commitment extends beyond the jobsite.
